2024 - Yorkville University

Non-Degree Seeking Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology

As I discovered my interests extended beyond sport psychology, I sought out further education in the counselling industry through coursework at Yorkville University.

2020 - University of Stirling

Masters of Science, Applied Sport Psychology (Accredited)​

In June of 2020 I graduated from my Masters of Science in Applied Sport Psychology from the University of Stirling. This program is accredited by the British Psychological Society, and within the program we engaged in both research and practice. For my practical component, I worked with a partner in the program to provide sport psychology support to Stirling University's badminton team. To complete this Masters degree, I also submitted a dissertation with research focused on "Exploring the Relationship Between Fear of Injury and Skill Acquisition in Gymnasts", supervised by lecturer Chris Hartley. While at Stirling, I coached and competed for the university's trampolining team and qualified as a member of Team Scotland to some larger university trampolining events within the larger United Kingdom. 

2018 - Vancouver Island University 

Bachelor of Arts, Double Minor in Psychology and Sport, Health & Physical Education

On June 5th 2018, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from VIU. This education earned me a double minor in Psychology and Sport, Health & Physical Education. During my time at VIU, I was a student-athlete, competing for the Varsity Badminton team where I attended two CCAA National Championships for Mixed Doubles and Women's Doubles.

2013 - Nanaimo District Secondary School

I graduated with a double dogwood diploma for French immersion studies at the Nanaimo District Secondary School in 2013. In my final year I was named the Gr.12 Female Athlete of the year.
