Whether it's transitioning through a rough patch, working on a specific project, or taking on goals you want to achieve, good for you for taking the first step in growing self awareness and making the shifts to get where you want to be. Life can get busy and overwhelming, so having some support, guidance and accountability can be a huge help in taking on personal growth, and I would be honoured to help you in every way I can.
My style of practice is an eclectic blend of a few key modalities that include the parts work of Internal Family Systems, the reframing of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, the mind-body connection of Somatic Therapy, and the practical components of Satir and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I believe that this eclectic approach lends well to being able to shift my skills and style to meet diverse client needs, and ensure every person receives support that feels truly individualized.
